By using GenMV ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GenMV generates AI music videos from prompts you provide and, optionally, publishes them to your YouTube channel at your request. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may change over time.
You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, and other inputs you submit, and for the videos you generate and publish. You represent that you have the rights necessary to create and publish that content, and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
When you connect YouTube and upload a video, you authorize GenMV to upload that video to your channel on your behalf. You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
Do not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service or its providers.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenMV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
